Clark leads new NBC poll

"Great news today--Clark up 18% to 15% over Dean in the new NBC poll. This shows that Clark is surging, and that the momentum is real....

"NBC/WSJ Poll -- This is a joint poll so I suspect that NBC is not allowed to "spill" all the beans before the WSJ comes out in print. I suspect that the poll will appear on the WSJ website at 12:01 am est tonight. That is only 3 hours away."
