New Frist Poll: Same Subject, Different Answer

Frist took down the old one and put up a new question:

Should the Senate minority block the body's Constitutional duty to provide the President's judicial nominees with an up or down vote?

The answer should be Yes, because the minority has the right to filibuster judicial nominees under the "advice and consent" clause of the Constitution.

Currently the poll's at Yes 38% and No 62%, with (yikes!) over 63000 votes recorded...send out the word and start voting now!
