He's very intelligent; I looked through the brochure online, and he'd be a very competent and useful VP.
But this ad is the worst. I wish he didn't say he wasn't seeking re-election to the Senate. The best he can do is VP now.

except for the opening line where he says "You deserve to hear..." That just rubbed me the wrong way. Other than that, it made a good point that no one can be sold on a candidate by a 30 second commercial, and an easy way to get more info on him. Smart.
