Tried to e-mail Senate while watching the Senate on C-SPAN2...

when I decide to send a couple of e-mails to my Sen's, (Hagel(R), Nelson(D)(?)), lo & behold the server is down. Hopefully the server went down because of all of the like minded people are e-mailing their Sen's to end this idiotic impass and just let the nominees fall of the edge of the RW plate.

Being no fool, I realize that this is all a political ploy on the part of the GOP, and they will not just let this fall flat on its face; but it is imperative to keep the pressure on the GOP Sen's to drop the matter.

Therefore, if you are so inclined, I might suggest that the members of DU write e-mails like hell to show our opposition to the confirmation of Judge Kuhl. These people DO listen! If we allow the maniacal 'dittoheads' & freepers to send off their e-mails, and we do not answer in kind, we are allowing these cretins the possibility of pushing even more radical RW judgeships. If we can win this one, it will be a great punch in the eye to this administration.

Hit 'em, and hit em' hard!

1. Schumer is such an awesome Senator

Although he supporter the war, I give him A LOT of credit of shutting down judges and for taking on the right wing head on. He is probably the leader to take down right wing judges.
