1. Keep us posted.
Don't have cable. He hopes (and prays?) he will be kicked off the Supreme Court, so as to mount his campaign for the Senate or for Governor. A complete demagogue who would put Huey Long to shame.

12. Now. Let's All Email CSPAN
He was on the Journal a couple weeks ago. Allowed to repeatedly state his position and take the kudos from the brain dead who support him.

Well, now we should remind CSPAN that they allowed a lawbreaker and disgraced public servant to use their airtime to propagandize an UNLAWFUL position. They should be ashamed. I'm sending my email to them as soon as i post this!

25. A 30 Time Loser
Someone on MSNBC mentioned that he's now lost to 30 judges on the issue, 17 state and 13 federal.

The next step is to disbar him so he can't be elected again as a judge.

DO IT!

31. He should be disbarred if he in fact is a lawyer but being a lawyer is
not essential to being a judge. It is possible for someone to become a judge and have virtually no experience in law. Not likely though.

27. from a long suffering native Alabamian
IMHO this was never about the 10 commandments.
It was always about Roy Moore.
The next seat coming up is Sen. Richard Shelby's in 2004 (I think).
Shelby is very powerful in Washington, backed with plenty of money, and generally well liked here in Alabama. I don't think Moore would have a chance against him.

It has been said in local editorials that Alabama is no longer big enough for Moore. That he needs a national stage. For that reason many think he will not run for governor. I don't think we have seen the last of him, but I am ecstatic with today's results.

Just on: He's trying to reconcile "God's will" with what just happened to him.
Keep on dancin' Roy.
Jerk.

28. Freeper say: " breaking the law is A-OK!"
It's time for all God-fearing Americans to DEFY and disobey bad rulings by bad judges! It's time for civil disobedience on a grand scale. They can't do anything about it and have no means to enforce these rulings should millions of Americans defy them!! Rise up church! The time is now.
