Another bumpersticker story

I was in line at the bank drive-in teller, when I looked behind me to see a woman approaching. Seeing that there was a car directly behind me, I assumed I had either dropped something or something was wrong with the truck, and she was coming to tell me. "Excuse me", she said, "where did you get your bumpersticker (Anyone But Bush 2004). We want one!" I told her, and mentioned DU as a great source for all things anti-aWol. We talked for a bit, and when I finished my transaction I gave her a big thumbs-up as I was leaving. She returned the favor!

The best part about this is that I live in a small town in VA in the heart of horse country - very Republican. One step at a time.

my experience too. Even in Kansas. The horse people I am involved with have had it with Bush*. The only people able to make any money in this business are now the people who are very, very rich or incorporate to buy the big bucks animals. The rest of us are not even able to compete in this economy. Most of us have stopped our breeding programs since we refuse to sell for less money than it costs to breed. Farmers have also had it. Anyway,the people who used to tease me about my DU bumpersticker no longer do.
