2. It doesn't matter... but it serves a purpose... |

... as more "unsavory" behavior is discovered about Republicans, it exposes them as the hypocrits they are.

well, to be honest, i do get where you're coming from.
i mean, i generally don't harp on any politicians for things like this.
then again, Goopers do have a habit of talking up and down about 'family values' and 'bringing honor and dignity back to the white house', whereas Dems pretty much know that, as a politician, they shouldn't say such garbage, because as the linked document shows, evvery politician has skeletons in the closet.
for me, its a matter of consistency. Clinton may have been freakish at times, but i don't remember him ever saying that he was going to bring dignity and what-not to the WH.
to me, its like Rush getting caught with a metric assload of pills. well hey, lotsa people are hooked on the stuff, and i think they deserve a good amount of compassion. but the fact that Limbaugh is such a blowhard makes it hard, damd hard to feel that way.

9. We make a point of it just the same way... |
|
Larry Flynt brought down the Repubs during the impeachment fiasco. The other side acts like they are so holy in everything they do and make the dems look like idiots whenever they go off the path. But then they go ahead and do the same exact thing (i.e., adultery, drunk driving, etc..) and it is okay. It's the double standard they have that we are trying to bring out to the public.
