That Bush Co. had been negotiating with some remnants of the Taliban trying to find someone to take over the mess america created. Their "president" in kabul is actually just a mayor of the city, the rest of the country doesn't recognize him and he needs American bodyguards in the only city we "control". I believe the term is: clusterfuck.

Well, we've trained about 6,000 of our proposed 50,000, and there's about 4,000 more lined up. Seems like it's not a popular career choice in Afghanistan.
