FWIW... http://memri.org/bin/latestnews.cgi?ID=SD60903<snip> In regard to rumors about a large-scale attack against the U.S. during the month of Ramadan, Al-Hijazi said that "a huge and very courageous strike" will take place and that the number of infidels expected to be killed in this attack, according to primary estimates, exceeds 100,000.

and save himself the worldwide embarrassment that he's about to be subjected to in London?
Better that 100,000 innocent Americans die, than the Lil' Dictator be made to lose face.

For such a grand attack? The transparency of all this is so astounding. My God do they think we are that stupid? It may happen...it may not. If it does. Bush is to blame...it was on his watch.

8. People aint stupid, but they are easy to manipulate |
|
>My God do they think we are that stupid?
I doubt if they think we are "stupid". Rather, they certainly have noticed that most people avoid thinking and facing unpleasant issues. Also, most people are easy to manipulate with entertainment and praise.
For example, the WTC was blown up in front of billions of people, but only a tiny fraction of the billions noticed. Kennedy was shot in front of people, but 40 years later our history books still inform us that Oswald did it. Even though many people suspect scams are occurring, they do nothing about it.
When big scams have such incredible success rates, why would they quit manipulating the public?
We can't stop the scams, but if we could figure out what will happen and when, we would know when to avoid a city, an airplane flight, or whatever. So rather than cry about these scams, or hate the people doing them, we should be hope these warnings are clues, and we should try to figure them out.

This would be a VERY big mistake. Further attacks on Americans by Al Queda would inflame the American electorate, assure another four years of a Bush administration and squelch the peace movement in the US.
Oh, wait a minute... Uh, huh.
