explosion happened about 8:30 am EST Today(Sat).

the Iraqi Governing Council was supposed to have a lengthy press conference this morning. that has been cancelled.

on edit, maybe it's Talibani, not Chalabi, one of them, I changed the channel :)

Many similarities with the Israeli occupation of Palestinian
territories.
Everytime there's some "advancement" in the negotiations...BOOM! a
