First a little background on the guy who wrote the email:

EARL HOLT

Earl Holt has received an A.B. Cum Laude in Criminal Justice from Washington University. He is a graduate of John Burroughs High School, and of the National Journalism Center in Washington, D.C. He is the owner of Urban Ventures Contracting, and an editor of the Citizen's Informer newspaper. He was a founder of St. Louisans Against Fraudulent Elections, serves on the national board of advisors of the Council of Conservative Citizens, and served as a member of the St. Louis Board of Education from 1989 to 1993.

Holt has co-hosted "Right at Night" on WGNU since 1995.

The following e-mail I received is one of the most offensive bits of excrement to ever show up in my inbox. I debated even posting it, but given Earl was a school board member in St. Louis just a decade ago and there is a collective amnesia about how far over the top these guys were, here it goes. It contains multiple obscenities and the most offensive racial slur.

5. This was the most hate-filled letter

that I've had the displeasure to read. If Earl Holt, whoever he is wrote this then I think the letter should be publicized. Being black myself, I would rather know who my enemies are. Overt racism is easier to fight than covert racism. What's the difference between this guy and Rush Limbaugh? Rush may not use the N-word on air but I think his comments are similar to the Klansmen's.

Because it's an absolutely disgusting letter. But you're right, these thoughts should be exposed to the general public and they need to know that the person who wrote it has friends in the Bush administration and republican party.

Geez Louise! I have a left leaning blog and even made a movie where republicans get decapitated and I never get any hatemail. I feel so left out. If they don't hate me enough to send me emails like that, I must not be trying hard enough.

9. A bit about Earl Holt III

He hosts a radio show in St Louis on WGNU AM 720 every Friday night called The Right at Night. Trust me when I say he makes a Nazi look moderate. He HATES blacks and anyone who is not WHITE ANGLO SAXON PROTESTANT (he may like Catholics but I don't think he likes Jews).
On this show they basically engage in racial diatribes on the level of the KKK. In their opinion, blacks are the source for all that is evil and if only there were no blacks then the US would be nirvana.

He is also active in the Council for Conservative Citizens which replaced the old White Citizen Councils that were active in St Louis and other parts of the US during the 1960s.

He and some others ran for the City ot St Louis School Board on an anti busing slate and won.

Wing nut for sure. He really believes that Clinton is a card carrying socialist.
