What happened to the $4 billion?

Bremer promised that the accounting of the missing $4b would soon be posted up on the CPA website. Has he kept this promise? I don't see anything about it there (www.cpa-iraq.org).

The level of theft and fraud and lies currently going on in the Empire is probably the greatest since the 1890s (back in the Days of the Old Republic).

Perhaps all the way back to the US Grant regime in the 1870s...

Looked on the link and didn’t see anything about it.

I suppose that is on a different site, correct? Do you have a link and/or more info?
