doesn't matter if they declare Iraq "won" and the new Iraqi government installed. If attacks continue and things are still unstable, it won't matter what they say.

the bushco regime will blame everything that happens on the Iraqis or liberals who pushed for an early end to the occupation. Take your pick since Novak is already refering to Dems as "the enemy." I think I heard another wingnut use this meme, listen for it.
All news out of Iraq will be increasingly filtered. Also, American forces will be relocated to safer zones in the North and South. The oil contracts will stay firmly in the regime's iron grip.
Actually, if you want to know what they are up to, just go to clark04 and read his speech. Unfortunately, they are ignoring parts of his advice, so this ain't over yet. The voters will just think it's over.
