Not mentioned is that Dean's speech caused the seizure. Dean reportedly spoke about putting to death everyone making over $ 50,000/year and using their organs as gifts to the poor.

But, regarding your question as to what is wrong with these people, I am sorry but I cannot help you. I wish I knew.

One thing I notice is that they project Republican problems onto Democrats. I have seen posts where they discuss how Democrats want to screw over normal people and give money to their rich buddies. And then, in the same post, they discuss support for Bush's tax cuts for the rich.

ON EDIT: Bear in mind, there is one possible explanation for these people. They don't believe in sex education, birth control, or abortion. So, naturally, they are the results of hastily planned sexual encounters between siblings.
