March to Trafalgar Square where a statue of Bush will be pulled down

UK National Demonstration

Thursday 20th November
Assemble 2pm at Malet Street, Central London (nearest tubes: Goodge Street, Russell Square and Euston/Euston Sq). March to Trafalgar Square where a statue of George Bush will be pulled down. This event will continue until 7pm to allow for people coming from work.
If there is only one STOP BU$H event that you can make - this is the one.

And this, on Drudge:

ONE IN THREE BRITONS THINK BUSH IS STUPID - POLL

Comment: I'm probably a little sensitive, but if I heard every day about how stupid I was, it would bother me.

Remember when the lady from the Canadian Parliament, after meeting with Bush, said he was dumber than a rock or something similar? Of course Cretian apologized and said she didn't really mean it, but Bush had to know that was her and others' honest perception. How could he possibly not be getting a complex? I'd go into exile and never open my mouth in public again. I could take people saying I was an asshole, but stupid? I'd wonder if my entire staff also thought of me as being stupid. He says he never reads papers, but I think he does and has to know what his perceived status is.

How about Bar? Do you suppose she tries to salve his ego with things like "Don't worry sonny, you're not as dumb as you look?" Seriously, this guy's self esteem has to be lower than a snake's belly.

Could you handle being known as "the village idiot" and worse?

1. He's proud of it. He said he would beat Gore because was smarter.
Chimpy knows he's a puppet.

2. Kick!
"Chimpy knows he's a puppet." Damn right he does, billbuckhead!

And the usual look on his chimpy face says to me that he never wanted this job.

What do you reckon that Poppy held over his head to get him to agree to run?
