Shrub terrified of British Parliament--cancels speech
Our brave, brave Sir Dubya has once again bravely ran away:
GEORGE Bush was last night branded chicken for scrapping his speech to Parliament because he feared being heckled by anti-war MPs.

The US president planned to give a joint address to the Commons and Lords during his state visit to Britain.

Previous world leaders, including Bill Clinton, Nelson Mandela and Francois Mitterand, have all given speeches to the Lords and the Commons while visiting Britain.

Tony Blair gave a joint address to the American Senate and Congress in July.

But earlier this year, Bush was embarrassed when he was heckled by MPs in Australia.

6. Scaredy-shrub! Scaredy -shrub!
I was surprised that Rove even let the idea of him speaking in an uncontrolled environment *ever* come into play.

I suppose they planned to pull out all the time, knowing that the US press wouldn't cover it.

What a cowardly chicken-shit.

8. Alot of us have said how funny it would be to see the resident
answering questions in the House of Commons like Blair does. I was really hoping to see him explode on camera. Oh well, not suprising for the world's biggest coward to be afraid.

15. Gutless bastard is willing to sacrifice the blood of our troops
but let the possibility of one person angrily confronting Bush on his ill-conceived war and the chickenshit hides!

On Osama: "we'll smoke him out (smirk) no matter what cave he slithers into (smirk) we'll get him. I seem to recall posters from the old west (smirk) wanted dead or alive (smirk)".

On Saddam: "He tried to kill my daddy (serious frown). I don't want the smoking gun to be a mushroom cloud over manhattan"

Bring it on!

the Chicken-in-Chief tells Iraqis defending their own country to bring it on, and they did with a vengance. Yet the gutless bastard runs from a possible VERBAL threat!

Leader my ass. personal responsibility, honor, integrity..Where???

16. Did you know that the one speech he will give to invited guests
will have 400 stage-audience brought along with Bush.
These people are trained how to applaud, stand and applaud, applaud and cheer on cue. (just in case)
This is on top of the 250/300-person security detail.

400 stooges have to be brought along to stuff the audience so that applause will be guaranteed. No matter what Bush lies about this time.

17. Malloy was all over chicken George tonight.
He commented on this, how the secret service was checking out everyone who will be attending the private dinner, how many extra police are involved, the "shoot on sight" request fiasco, etc
