Here the author of the PNAC plan is complaining that we need to take the War on Terra to a whole new level. Since invading IRaq and Afghanistan does NOT qualify as a "truly bold move", the next logical step in his mind has got to be draft 1 to 2 million and take Syria, Iran, the tribal areas in Pakistan and soldify our grip on Central Asia.
