Why are George W. Bush's biggest allies ISLANDS??? |
|
The United Kingdom, Japan and Australia represent Bush's favorite poodle, yen and sheriff, respectively. Italy isn't an island, of course, but it is a peninsula. Israel is a veritable island in a sea of militant Arabs.
Of course, the U.S. shares a common language with the UK and Australia. Japan is one of our war conquests, and the U.S. is apparently one of Israel's conquests.
So what's the biggest mainland nation that's a firm U.S. ally - Poland?
