Obvious, disgusting spin RE Poll about Prince * 's visit to the UK.
>62 PERCENT WELCOME VISIT
> A poll published Tuesday in the Guardian newspaper, however, >suggested that more Britons welcomed the visit than the number who >opposed it.
> Forty-three percent of those questioned in an ICM survey said >Bush should visit Britain, while 36 percent said he should not. Some >62 percent agreed that America was “generally speaking, a force for >good,” while 15 percent thought it was “an evil empire.”

All over in the news, they're saying that 62% of Britons support *'s visit. Meanwhile, the poll shows that only 43% welcome it. The 62% is people who support the notion that we are a vague "general force for good".

So, apparently "Merka is a force for good" translates directly into "We love you Chimpy!!!", according to "the filter".

What crass, cheap, obvious spin.

need to focus on as being a good sign. And, Iraq Situation isn't going to get any better. We don't want Bush's downward drift to peak too soon. Better to let him keep going down solidly as the "subborn" become convinced that something wasn't on the "up and up" in the intelligence or reasons for Invading Iraq.
