Clark Calls on Congress to Reject Energy Bill
"America needs leadership that debates priorities like energy policy in a transparent and bipartisan manner-not behind closed doors.

Clark is my man. Short atricle but sometimes you don't need to be a blowhard to get your point across.

2. Short and to the point, well done!
I love this last sentence:

"To get this type of balanced policy, we first need to get the oil industry out of the Oval Office."

Keep telling it like it is, General!

3. We need to nail this Energy bill as Cheney-lite
Yet another behind closed door grab bag of corporate welfare.

4. The energy bill
Is nothing new. It resorts to a continued dependence on foreign supplies and suppliers. It does nothing to further All-American sustainability. While enriching the current big business end of energy, it takes away from future technological possibilities. And it does very little to clean up our pollutants.

Pray that the Senate fillibusters this bill to death.
