1. Dean had mentioned something about it.

He said he had been to the place where they thought the body was. Could be true.

3. Right...apparently Faux is reporting only that the bodies

were recovered (no John Dean nonsense). We'll see.

but that he was also the brother of Howard Dean.

What is correct, I'm not that familiar with the story.
