Could it be "karmic justice" if Kathryn Harris runs for Senate in Florida? |
|
Especially if she were to run and, in the process, bring out huge numbers of Democrats, which would in turn give the Democrats the state of Florida in the presidential race. How appropriate would it be if Florida then turned out to be the state that determines who goes to the White House?
To have the Democrats win because of the direct actions of Kathryn Harris would be sweet revenge and totally justified. What goes around comes around and sometimes it comes around with a vengeance. I hope she does run for Senate. To see her cower away in defeat would be so therapeutic for the Democratic Party.

1. If they're running her it's because they know they'll have the vote. |
|
She is NO Senator. I doubt she'd actually get 80% of the Republican vote without rigged machines.

2. Cruella Harris runs for Senate, Florida GOP is dead. |
|
Expect a resounding defeat with Dem presidential candidate taking over Florida with the Florida Senate's seat remaining Dem, and Jeb Bush is an immediate lame duck gov in 2006. State Dems starts to take over the Florida Legislature....

4. By this logic, Bush running for "re-election" should bring out huge crowds |
|
of Democrats, resulting in his defeat. While this would be nice, what reason is there to be confident it will happen? By the same token, why would one expect Harris to lose? I'd imagine that she'd very likely win.

5. I don't see why we shouldn't think Jeb has been working steadily to lock |
|
down the state for Republicans for good. I believe that's what his whole governership has been about.

they have sufficiently purged the voters for the 2004 election. No doubt they have the "fix" in, again. If there is no paper ballot bill before the election, forget it. We are finished in every state.
I would like to think that the Dems would vote in droves. If they do, it won't matter if there is no paper ballot. :( Cruella will win.
