corporate right wing christian pro-bush media
now that we have no voice in the major media, they define themselves as well as define us(liberals). they are good and we are bad. we are always linked with anti-americanism and talk of other anti-americans (obl and saddam) for the effect of calling out the crazies to do us physical harm. now they are full of steam to banish npr, university professors, actors, and anyone else who stands in the way. the corporate media is beholdant to the conservative movement. what can we do to correct this?

3. No to down under
Be active. Protest. Things are happening. I just saw today that the mainstream churches are going to get a group together to combat the influence of the Christian right, which the group deems as taking the country in the wrong direction. If you remember, both the Council of Churches and the Pope tried to talk Stump (aka Whistle Ass) out of the war and of course he wouldn't even see the former and gave the Pope's envoy short shrift.

you are right. but if we see bush elected for his real first term, another couple of pre-emptive wars, protest outlawed, then what?
