You know, I read and see stuff like this and just wonder about all the idiot right wingers who think that "liberating" Iraq is some noble purpose. That the U.S. is just doing what's right in Iraq, and that we are being oh so brave and principled in the cause of freedom. Here is a noble purpose: save these people from their primitive rebel armies who use rape as a weapon and amputate farmers hands and slice the stomachs of pregnant women!

I went to an Iraq forum at the local university on September 11, and one of the political science professors told us that we were doing the noble thing, that the Iraqi's deserve freedom (they'll just love it when there dead), and that there was no need to really worry about things over there. I just couldn't help it, I just stood up right then and said "How can you say such a thing when the US government is pulling out of Liberia, that we aren't stopping these rebels from using mass rape as a weapon, and that people are aving limbs amputated, and starving." Well some enormously fat girl (I call her Chips ahoy! bitch) across the room blurted out that I should stop watching propaganda, and my wonderful wife came out immediately with "You need to turn off your TV!" Smart girl.

Anyway, I recommend distributing this link on every right wing site you can think of, so as to wake them up, show them what we're not doing. Hell a billion dollars could turn Uganda in Switzerland, well maybe. Thanks for reading. MRSAV
