This is the first time I've seen anybody interviewed on Fox call them on their complete spin. That Clark is a revered military man enables him to comment on Bush's policy with near complete impunity.

I love right at the end of the interview the interviewer caught himself in a slip of the tongue he said something to the effect of "Thanks general, we look forward to having you back on to explain how to get out of this mess. . . . . . that you say we are in".

I just ran the FOX news video on Camino with no problem whatsoever.

I clicked on the options in the FOX News Viewer that opened, chose my Broadboand speed and also checked RealPlayer. I opened RealPlayer and then pressed play in the FOX Viewer. The video played in the FOX news viewer without any problems.

Mine is an 800 MHZ eMac with 1 GB RAM.

The most amazing thing was that after Clark wrestled control of the interview back from the the Fox guy and savaged him badly for the attempted smear, Clark was gracious. Clark gave him a nice and charming smile towards the end. He was roused and agressive and yet so in controll of his passion and poise at the same time.

This is the man we need at the top of the ticket. He can attack relentlessly and charm at the same time.

After negotiating with 19 NATO countries and face to face with Milosevic, I doubt the rightwingers can scare Clark. He's got the general's fire and a diplomat's charm.

What's most noteworthy is that he has deliberately chosen not to use this fire to bash his fellow Dems. They're making a mistake if they think that means he doesn't have it in him.
