Or would they turn all "liberal" on us and tell us that he is a sick man needing medical help, not jail? He didn't hurt anybody. This is a victimless crime. We need to change the drug laws of this country. Can you imagine the convoluted excuses if Rush were hauled off to jail?

The news reported last night that he's being investigated for money laundering, too. Seems his bank had been investigated for it, and they had recommended he withdraw his money in amounts smaller than $10,000 so that the withdrawls wouldn't be investigated. I guess doing that in order to avoid prosecution for something illegal (buying drugs) is in itself illegal.
