2. I hope the dems kill this bill as well as the energy bill.
I serves the thugs right. They need to remember that this country belongs to the democrats as well.

6. I don't know
but there have been quite a bit of conservative Republicans that have come out against it as well. It will be tough considering the house version ONLY passed by 1 vote.

In the Senate, it is even worse. Snowe and Collins have come out against it as well.

10. Not to worry, Daschle will come to the WH's side...and VOTE FOR
Edited on Thu Nov-20-03 11:51 AM by E_Zapata
the energy bill, and will work to thwart a filibuster.

What a guy!

Reminds me......I need to send off my FUCK YOU DASCHLE email straight away!!!

TEXT OF MY HATE MAIL TO DASCHLE (very rude and he can write me off as a total nut......not even a 'focus group' but I am sooooooooo irate over this bill passing process:

I just remembered I needed to send you a big FUCK YOU, DASCHLE. You are going to vote for the energy bill AND work to thwart a filibuster -- a filibuster on a bill so heinous that even REPUBLICANS are coming out against the friggin white house?

You make it IMPOSSIBLE......absolutely impossible for me to remain in the democratic party. Why? Because it's obvious, there is no democratic party. We have the fascist repukes in power and a whole bunch of turnocoat alleged 'dems' supporting their every move.

Fuck you Tom, Fuck you! Just change parties already. Or, better, you and Zell should just run off together. Take that last step over into the dark side.

FUCK YOU! This, my dear minority leader, is the absolute LAST straw. I have canceled my membership in the dem party.

I feel like it would be best to vote for for the little emperor in 2004...just give in, because white knuckling the insufferable antics of turncoats like you is bad for my heart.

Oh, did I tell you? FUCK OFF!

8. Optimistic
I'm feeling a bit more optimistic now. Some of the more conservative Republicans are opposed to it as a new entitlement. Many of the Democrats and a few of the RINO's are opposed to it for other reasons. I've called all three of my Congress critters in opposition to the bill.

They will fuck us in the ass tomorrow regardless of what heroics they do today.

Sorry to be so crude.......but just the idea that in the senate, there are actual dems who are going AGAISNT republicans on the energy bill to get it passed....... whoa..............

believe me ... I love the give'em hell recently displayed Texas-Dem style politics ... the times call for some good ol' 1776 attitude and measures ... the people should mobilize and march up all DC Avenues toward the Capitol to join them ...
