1. I just can't help but wonder

1) are all these attacks really al Qaeda? I mean, there have to be multiple terror organizations. Is Bush and company grouping everyone together just to make it simple?

2) if we can send $87 billion to Iraq how come we can't update the FBI and CIA to at least be able to monitor this stuff better?

Our national security head seems to be so far up our ass that I'm suprised more people aren't mad at Bush.
