That's right - Michael Jackson! Perhaps Larry King is intrigued with Michael's antique fire trucks. Is that it, Larry?

Take a look at what's atop the LBN threads.

Sad, but interesting.

6. Oops - I see Larry just turned 70.
He must be losing his mind, like Ronald Reagan. What's that, Ronny? You need to pick up your wife, Eva Peron? OK, I'll get the tractor!

7. Is it the largest story in the world?
Or does CNN just WANT it to be? Yes, it's a valid news story that should be touched on at the top of every hour but the media are absolutely crucifying Michael Jackson! It's disgusting that the cable news networks are allowed to do this.....There is something very cannibalistic about the whole thing.

10. agreed
Jackson is so famous that a charge of this seriousness is worth reporting. But there's not much you can actually say about it, after "he's wanted" then "he's been arrested" then "he's out on bail"; apart from prejudicing the trial. The American media is allowed to get away with so much more speculation than the British before a trial starts, under 'freedom of speech'. I suspect that the journalists would want much less coverage if they wer echarged with something...

8. Larry's a multimillionaire media whore, and clueless
Say, Larry, why don't you interview a single mom with two kids trying to make it, or somebody unemployed two years who worked hard for the previous 25, or the parents of some average kid gunned down in Iraq? That son of a bitch.
