WMNF 88.5 (Tampa) pointed out NPR's capitulation to the Reich today.

NPR plays on the top of the hour, for 5 minutes, every hour on WMNF http://www.wmnf.org/ .

Today, after NPR finished (With their calm whoring for the daily sponser. Some finance company?), the WMNF DJ said this (I paraphrase), "No mention of the FTAA, or London, protests? No surprise there. Where will the people hear about these things? They don't hear it Nationally at all"...Then she went on to the music.

Normally they hit most of the same National stuff as NPR. However this was a day when integrity collided with apathy.

6. WKCR World News

broadcast BBC , VOA and NPR news, the BBC plays a bit of a Chimp speach in London where he goes off saying bunch of crap about people who support Palestinian terrosit and then the BBC guy goes on to explain that at Blairs request Chimp needs to say something negetive about the Israeli goverment and settlements and walls and fences . Then they play that section of the speech . A few hours later WKCR has the NPR news section and they only play the anti Pal section of the Chimp speech then cut it, when his next words were negitive toward Israel . So blatantly bias its sick .

I love that station; it is what I miss most about St. Petersburg. I can listen online though. I remember that some Congressman (or maybe state representative- I can't remember which) pulled about $100,000 from theor annual budget because he was offended by some song they played. They had another fund drive to make up for it. People were so pissed off at the politician that they actually made more money that they lost.
