History Channel a must on Saturday
Dear friends,

I seldom post here due to time constraints out the wazoo.

But the History Channel has new (2003)information on the Kennedy assassination that the single gunman theorists would not like you to know.

One is a one hour program with the concubine of Lee Harvey Oswald which will let you know why he went to México and if you believe her he even knew he was going to be set up. LBJ's concubine in another program states that the night before the assassination J. Edgar Hoover, Richard Nixon and several others met at LBJ's ranch and LBJ mentioned to her after that meeting that the Kennedys would never again embarrass him publicly. Also a henchman to LBJ leaves fresh fingerprints behind at the book depository the next day.

We forgot to look at the motorcade. You will see in another program, the Secret Service being called away from the motorcade, the presidential limosine being put in front (a definite security breach) and the Dallas police escort being pulled back as well. Plus a reporter on the scene reports how she saw the president fatally wounded and damning evidence of a bullet hole entering the front windshield, plus further follow up from the Ford Motor Company in Detroit where the limo was airjetted overnight and refitted with a duplicate (but bullt hole free) windshield!. Also an expert in restoring faces for funeral parlors is rushed to the scene, to disappear for at least a day!

If you hang on for a further program (but from the 90's) Tom Wilson shows throw photographic analysis how the president's head was hit, the subsequent photo fogery of his head.

As for me the motorcade anomalies show conspiracy. The fact that Kennedy's policies were changed following his murder indicated a great contempt by others undisserving to be in power.

1. I honestly don't believe
Lyndon Johnson had anything to do with JFK's death. I saw the history Channel special this week which implies this and don't believe it. Many sources close to LBJ have said that Johnson believed Kennedy was killed by Cuba because the Kennedy's wanted Castro killed, so Johnson believed that Castro got him first.

He did want the Warren Commission to point the finger at Oswald alone because he believed that if the American people thought that Cuba had done this it would have implied Soviet complicity and would have led to World War III which would have led to devastating nuclear war.

2. Bullet hole in the fron windshield?
I don't remember seeing anything about THAT ever before. Surely there must be many photos of the limousine showing the bullet hole.

7. Windshield was
destroyed I believe. Not standard procedure, but it was removed. I was only half listening this week to the history channel's Kennedy stuff. Maybe they will answer your question this Saturday or maybe they have it on their website?

8. "It was a good clean bullet hole..."
From an interview with an employee who replaced the limousine's windshield glass on the Sunday following the assassination:

"I knocked on the door and they let me in. There were two of the lab men in there and they had the windshield there. And they told me that we were to use that to – see now the car was a special built car. We were to use that windshield as a template to make a new windshield. And the windshield had a bullet hole in it, coming from the outside through. You could see it, from the way it was broken.

"It was a good clean bullet hole, right straight through, from the front. And you can tell, when the bullet hits the windshield, like when you hit a rock or anything, what happens? The back chips out and the front may just have a pinhole in it… This had a clean round hole in the front and fragmentation in the back.

"I worked in the industry for forty years and I’ve seen all kinds of testing on glass and I know it came from the front."

The original glass, he says, was broken up and scrapped.

4. JFK HISTORY CHANNEL
It starts at 8:00 pm est. They really have been doing a great job showing different angles. I myself never believed that if oswald did do it he definately wasnt alone. haveing to adjust his aim to coincide with the speed of the car and be accurate would have to be practiced over and over. How did he know the exact route that the motorcade was going to travel? Exact time that it would arrive at that spot? Many unanswered questions?

6. When did LHO get the job at the Depository?
Awfully convenient to work at the one place where you could easily set-up an assassination given certain circumstances.

10. amazing how many people
are speaking about what they saw and what they know. Even the average American who was there to watch the president drive by, who may have taken a snap shot or film footage, are talking. I think that was the most compelling element of the series for me.

9. LHO a hero?
according to the program I saw it implied that LHO was working on a genetic weapon designed to give Castro cancer. He went to Mexico City to pass this injection to a CIA officer who would deliver this a person on Castro's medical team. He couldn't make the drop, and not only that, while he was in Mexico City, he infiltrated a plot to kill JFK. The story goes that he went to Dallas to stop the murder, and ended up getting framed for it. The story was told by his mistress (who was quite believable) however I'm still skeptical.

The idea was that the mafia and the CIA wanted Castro dead, and wanted someone "tougher" on Communism in the White House, and thought that Kennedy had let them down. Also it implied that LBJ hated the Kennedys and also was involved.

Who knows. I know it wasn't purely LHO, but I doubt we'll ever know. It's not like the FOIA really means anything for the most part.
