AARP Members : Resign Now!!! |
|
Let your reps and senators know that you are against this legislation. You can put in a no for the energy bill while your at it. But the medicare is a screwing and the energy bill is a give away to the energy providers.

But hear me and hear me well. The goal of the regime is to kill social programs by defunding, under funding, ignoring or by outright killing it. Would you trust these liars, thieves and murderers with your future?

Quit now. Seniors need a NEW advocacy group. AARP is not serving them well by buying into this fraud. They will be spending more for their healthcare then they ever did. This is important.
Tell your parents, siblings, relations of every kind and friends, neighbors to do the same. We can kill AARP if people drop their membership.

My partner and I both quit this morning.
Loved this posting which appeared on their own forum:
AARP = American Association of Republican Patsies
That's really what it's become.

My wife and I resigned last night, we were on hold for close to an hour, but it was worth it, the person we spoke to was polite and listened while I told him that republicans thugs bought by drug companies hijacked the AARP.

My husband and I resigned from AARP on Tuesday, We're youngsters (me 50, he, 51), just the sort you would think they would want to court. Too bad! It's sickening, really, how a grassroots, nonpartisan organization that is supposed to respresent the interests of senior Americans could so shamelessly whore for the Republicans, backing a law CLEARLY intended to destroy Medicare. What is this world coming to? God help us.
