Sure signs that The Revolution has begun. ?
    Chavez holdding on to power

The takeover of the Georgia parliament

The shutting down of the Lukos oil deals and the arrest of the Oligarch

The failure of recent trade fixing meetings

Question - Where does terrorism fit in this geopolitical scheme? Is terrorism, perhaps the militant wing of the spectrum of people opposed to global domination by corporations?

2. We have a choice...
either the people get together and take their own power back--worldwide revolution of the everyman, or we could eventually end up being oppressed under some of the most restrictive governments in human history, like something out of 'We'.

3. Right ...so has that process begun?
Its not going to be announced because its spontaneous and grass roots. So no great production value - that's whay the revolution won't be televised.

4. I believe it has.
I think of the millions of us around the world who protested against the Iraq war, and recently, the 200,000 who protested against Bush in the UK. The people are waking up, but as you've implied, but it is a subtle awakening and the only thing that will be televised for now is what the corporate oligarchy wants televised.

I think we're finally going to see the fall of the petroleum 'gods' in this century. I kind of would like to buy the 100 monkeys theory--if a few of us start revolting in small ways--protesting, boycotting corporations that oppress people, acting green, sharing what information we know with others, then we will have at least started stirring something into the mix that will eventually flavor the entire pot.

5. your question
Where does terrorism fit in this geopolitical scheme? Is terrorism, perhaps the militant wing of the spectrum of people opposed to global domination by corporations?

Terrorists claim that they want outside interests out of the Middle East. "Interests" are multinationals but mostly American. Terrorist motivation, if I understand it correctly, is self-rule, without the puppet regimes the U.S., U.K. and other western countries have propped up. So to the extent that they want global interests out of the Middle East, they want the same thing anyone who resists corporate fascism wants; it's just that their interests are confined to their region.

6. Yes ... and their interests are also constrained by faith
And you're right. They (Muslim populations that produce the largest percentage of terrorists) want to be essentially left alone. The fact that they sit on oil really complicates the situation doesn't it.
