Can we keep the polls open indefinently on election day? |
|
Until we get the outcome we want? Why not? Why not leave the polls open indefinently after the time the polls are supposed to close so that Democrats can round up people who have not voted and bring them to the polls. Then, when the outcome of the election finally goes our way, we'll close the polls and declare a new president elected. That's how House Republicans do things. In spite of the fact that they have had months to make up their mind or lobby wavering members on the Medicare bill they just pissed all over the 15 minute time limit on the vote and kept the voting open for an additional 2 hours while they bludgeoned members into switching their votes. I am simply suggesting that we run the presidential election this way too.

have EVERY Democratic Candidate call for a recount with the paper ballots. That is the only way we can win.
The republicans will change the election laws to include PRISON for any poll worker who left the polls open beyond the time they were to close. Mark my word. They will cover their tracks on EVERYTHING. That is what all those republican "Think Tanks" do. Let's see, how can we screw the American people today? :grr: This country is in big ass trouble. :(
