Tony Blair a 'Simpsons' guest star
snip<
ATLANTA, Georgia (CNN) -- British Prime Minister Tony Blair lends his voice to "The Simpsons" in a new episode airing this week.

Fox has been running promotional ads for the episode, in which Homer takes Marge and the kids on a trip to London, at one point ramming a car through the gates of Buckingham Palace and upending the Queen's horse-drawn carriage. >snip

3. Except for his stance on Iraq
(Which is a REALLY BIG issue) I like him too.

I don't know why he got all obsessed with the Iraq invasion.

4. I'm with you. History is going to look very kindly on him.
That's my guess.

People don't realize the value of all the little things he's doing. And I don't think people grasp what his options really were with Iraq. I believe he's taking the route which is going to gurantee long-term progress, and I think he's reversing a lot of perceptions of labour right now that have made it difficult for them to win elections.

It's not so much his stance on Iraq that I dislike...
It's the fact that he follows Bush on everything. Had Blair stood up to Bush we may have allied support and a UN government in Iraq and might not be paying this additional $87 billion and have more allied troops to help us out.

8. Well, all the Homer Simpsons in this country
have contributed to that as well! And look, Homer is the main character of the cartoon!
