1. No, but they SHOULD to try to vote once in a while...
Kudos to Kucinich for not abandoning his seat just because he's pursuing another job.

Gephardt, on the other hand, shouldn't be drawing a congressional salary...

2. In fact I missed Kucinich in Baltimore because he was fighting for medicar
Ya see this is one of the things I like about Kucinich, he tries to make every vote he can, its a good work attiude, that I like and respect.

I can only guess Sen. Jim Ferlo is endorsing him. I just got a letter:

Please Join State Senator Jim Ferlo and Western Pennsylvania Supporters of Dennis Kucinich for President for a HOLIDAY RECEPTION.

Damn I wish I lived near Pittsburgh. I will still send my check containing the suggested donation.

3. It depends
I think that both Edwards and Gephardt, who have stated they aren't running again and would be replaced by Dems, should resign. Gephardt especially has been woeful in his responsibility to vote. On the other hand Kucinich, who is running again, and Liberman and Kerry who would be replaced by Republicans shouldn't resign.
