AARP Message Board - What the members are saying
http://community.aarp.org/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=rp-legislative&msg=3442.1&ctx=1in reference to AARP Rigs Its Own Poll
http://www.yuricareport.com/Miscellaneous/AARP_Rig%20Its_Own%20Poll.htm---Thanks for posting this. The Bu Inc. administration and their flunkies are famous for these rigged polls. It's helpful to know how they do it.
---the people running AARP are "Dirty", the would be extremely successful in a company like ENRON. This is a true sellout!
--- have talked to my friends who are AARP members and none of us would support such a legislation with group discussion or town meeting.
I work for a state emergency agency where I must monitor the news and weather my full shift. The shocking news flashed over one of the monitors and my mouth literally dropped. One of my coworker, ask aren't you a member of AARP? I just stood there of a couple of minutes and could not believe what I was hearing.
I am now looking for other Senior Organization, maybe the Grey Panthers, if they are still in existence. I am considering canceling my AARP membership but I don't like quitting. New leadership is needed in AARP, maybe a Recall.
Thank you again for "How AARP Rigged Its Own Poll". It is the only thing that makes sense at this time.

Yes, I already cancelled my AARP membership and asked for the resignation of both the president, Parkel, and the CEO, Novelli. They both are dragging AARP into the gutter of special interests of the drug and insurance companies, at the expense of the elderly they are supposed to be serving.
The organization you need to check out (BTW, their phones have been ringing off the hook from EX-AARP members) is Alliance for Retired Americans, which say "no bill is better than this bill for special interests." Check them out at: retiredamericans.org or call 888-373-6497
