2. Always said he would vote against, but was not in favor of a filibuster
Now I am not sure what he is saying. I hope he is now on board the Kennedy/Kerry filibuster drive. Meanwhile DF is busying selling out the cause.

8. He is voting for the energy bill
but against the medicare bill. I still am not sure whether he supports the filibuster of the medicare bill however.
