No matter who you support...
Aren't you happy when one of our candidates (like Dean) in a matter of just 2 days raises the funds to IMMEDIATELY respond to a RNC/Bush propagandist commercial?

I'm no huge Kerry or Clark fan, as many of you here know, but I can HONESTLY say, that if/when either of them (or any other candidate) raises the funds to counter-attack the Bush Cabal's propaganda, I applaud them and I am happy that the Democrats can fight back.

Why the rush to criticize Dean for being able to OPT OUT of public funding and thus actually FIGHT BACK without a blindfold and both hands behind his back? Why? We should be HAPPY that OUR side will be able to fight these thieves and crooks and war criminals.

So when Clark raises money or when Kerry raises money, I am, overall, very happy that that money will be used to go after our collective enemy #1 -- BushCo.

So congrats to the Dean campaign today for such amazing fundraisung ability and rapid fire response to the RNC's propaganda from last week. His ads will hit Iowa TV's tomorrow thanks to his contributors! That's just amazing. And I'm dang proud. :-)

If/when another Democratic candidate is able to fundraise like that and use the money to defend the Dems and attack the Cabal, I applaud THEM as well.

1. We're all going to have to rally around one of these guys
I applaud whenever any of them strike a blow against Bush.

I'm a Dean supporter, but I'm ready to support whomever we select to go against the fascist occupying the White House.

And I do think it's amazing that Dean has raised so much to counter the Bush propaganda machine in such a sort time. Let's hope the other candidates can do the same.

2. Kerry had the response ad up last night with No fundraising attached.
I guess you haven't seen the ad playing in Iowa and NH?

It's called: "No, Mr. President"

3. Good for Kerry
Which, unfortunately, is more than you would say for Dean.

5. Too many hits, deutsey.
I lost the appetite for defending Dean last spring, although I did defend him on his son's mishap.

8. I'm sorry to hear that for you
I was deeply disappointed in how Kerry voted since 9/11, so much so that I switched from being a Kerry supporter to a Dean supporter, but I'm ready to jump in and give my all to Kerry if he manages to get the nomination. Although, I have to say, I have big doubts now about Kerry, personally. What's really important, though, is who can electrify the electorate? The only way we're going to stop Bush from stealing 2004 is through an active and vigilant electorate ready to rally around a candidate who is ready to fight that bastard occupying the White House. I believe Dean is that candidate, but if Kerry is the nominee, I can also believe he would rise to the occasion as well.

Kudos to you, though, for defending Dean on his son. I hope you've seen the times that I've defended Kerry. :-)

9. I'll say it again...That explains Kerry's fundraising numbers.
Dean took an attack ad from the Republicans and turned it into another fundraising coup.

Money is NOT everything, but it does buy the air time we need (as a party) to get to the average American...the one who does not follow the issues, but lives by the sound bites. How could you fault ANY candidate for sing a Republican attack to rally his/her troops?

6. I agree with you---any candidate that attacks bush outright in a TV ad
should be applauded so I also commend Kerry for his TV ad.

10. I wish I had the funds
to support more than one. If I did, I'd certainly contribute to Kucinich and Braun's campaigns.

I'm a big fan of both of them.
