person who took them had to handwrite comments on them to spin and to guide the reader to make conclusions about the content.

It couldn't have been too hard to identify who was infolved based on the handwriting. Other staffers must have recognized the handwriting.

(Well, obviously, an intermediary could have written the comments.)

I wonder how Hannity is going to deal with this.

Repukes are always talking about "leadership" except when they are caught in flagrante delicto. Then it is someone else's fault. I'd say his activity makes him an accomplice. It wasn't me, it was my staff member.
