The rest of the world sees what is going on here. Why don't they resist the Bush Mafia? Refusing to fund W's deficit would be a good start. How about throwing US bases off their soil, as did Saudi Arabia? A united economic boycott would be effective. The EU would be the natural choice to lead any resistance. They could even begin to do for the Progressives what Murdoch did and is doing for the neocons: build and support liberal media.

2. I think there is some effort there.

It seems that a good case could be made for France and Germany not helping in Iraq so as not to help this cabal get back in office. Also China has refused to prop up the debt/money pool.
The old America helped the world in many ways, I beleive they are trying to help Americans regain their Country.
