Did scumbag Neil Bush rape underage Thai girls?
forced prostitution of underage girls is well known in Thailand. Looks like Scumbag Neil Bush is part of the problem.

3. There were stories of W and underaged whores in Mexico - but
no one would allow themselves to be quoted on the record.

Lacking a confession or a video tape, no media outlet would go with the W and prostitution of underage girls in Mexico.

Besides he was drinking and that Coke was in powder form and he had not found God as yet.

see http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=104&topic_id=771786 See especially 'corarose's post 58 and the replies about how Bu$h behaved towards one of his daughters in public.

In addition, there have been rumors for years that GHWB is a pedophile (which would explain a lot about Dubya); see '9125's post 142 and the replies, especially 'minstrelboy's post 145 -- which has an image of a 1989 Washington Post story re a ring of call boys catering to "key officials of the Reagan and Bush administrations"...

-SNIP-
There's another humanitarian crisis spreading, yet hidden from view. Each year, an estimated 800,000 to 900,000 human beings are bought, sold or forced across the world's borders. Among them are hundreds of thousands of teenage girls, and others as young as five, who fall victim to the sex trade. This commerce in human life generates billions of dollars each year -- much of which is used to finance organized crime.

There's a special evil in the abuse and exploitation of the most innocent and vulnerable. The victims of sex trade see little of life before they see the very worst of life -- an underground of brutality and lonely fear. Those who create these victims and profit from their suffering must be severely punished. Those who patronize this industry debase themselves and deepen the misery of others. And governments that tolerate this trade are tolerating a form of slavery.

This problem has appeared in my own country, and we are working to stop it. The PROTECT Act, which I signed into law this year, makes it a crime for any person to enter the United States, or for any citizen to travel abroad, for the purpose of sex tourism involving children. The Department of Justice is actively investigating sex tour operators and patrons, who can face up to 30 years in prison. Under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, the United States is using sanctions against governments to discourage human trafficking.

30 years sounds about right. Any bets that the only place you will hear about this coincidence is right here at DU? You know... the librul media and all.

Edited on Wed Nov-26-03 02:21 PM by SpiralHawk
scroll to the bottom and rate it. I gave it the highest rating of 5 -- for I think that WAY beyond Billy Beer and all the other presidential family follies -- Americans deserve to know what kind of family they now have soiling the public sheets in the White House.

See the Yahoo link at the top of this thread.

May the truth be revealed. May justice prevail.

(editing: oops I projected that the comment to the UN was about thailand specifically)

The way these guys lie is by attacking whatever they are guilty of.

So, I think it makes sense now that Bush went on about sex slavery when he was addressing the UN.

"The women, he said, simply knocked on the door of his hotel room, entered and had sex with him. He said he did not know if they were prostitutes because they never asked for money and he did not pay them."

Funny, you know I've been to Thailand five times, and this never happens to me...

13. to be fair to Neil Bush
Prostitution is accepted culturally in Thailand. It's a common misconception in the west to think that the prostitution trade exists for the west. Over ninety percent of the prostitution that goes on is between Thais.

It's quite common for businessmen who are out of town to visit prostitutes, or for it to be part of a business deal. I'm sure that's what happened here - the prostitutes were sent up to his room by the people he was doing business with.

But for Bush to claim he didn't know they were prostititutes shows either that he's a world class liar or that he has a mind blowing ignorance of Thai culture (consider his brother!) or that he has a mind blowing opinion of his sexual prowess.

Not to mention what any of this says about his moral character.

17. When I worked overseas .. especially India
I would see a string of ex-pats (Brits, usually) "adopting" very young (8-12 year) Indian or Nepalese boys, who then accompanied them everywhere. The inappropriate touching in public places told the story.... For the villages that these boys came from, this was acceptable practice, too. So, do you still want to defend this behavior as "culturally acceptable?" Hmmmm

and you are way off base with your "Hmmmm".

One thing you learn in Asia is not to force Western preconceptions on Eastern cultures. It's their country and it's their culture. How I choose to respond to it reflects on me, not them.

For the past few years I've pondered over how so much evil can come from one woman's womb. Barbara Bush really spits out the winners, doesn't she?

It's time for me to revisit the whole nature vs. nurture debate.
