Could this be where the "switching" is coming from? |

6. A lot of the blogs for all the candidates are using DU for a battlefield. |
|
It is wrong. If we are aware of something we can fight it better. Dean folks and supporters of other candidates should stop doing it.

What is your goal with this? Fanning the flames a little more?

5. Not really, it is going on at the Dean blogs as well. |
|
The timeliness on that switching was too good to pass up. See my post below. None of us should be doing it.

4. I know. I saw that as well. |

There is also stuff at Kerry's forum. I even saw someone on a Dean blog asking for help here.
It is going on big time. That is my point. We should not be using DU in this way.
That said, some of the stuff on all the blogs needs to be examined by the blog owners and perhaps by the campaigns.
It would be funny if it were not so sad.
See, I am not just attributing this to one campaign.

7. Why shouldn't it be going on here? |

This is an open forum where people just express their their thoughts about candidates, etc. People, switch, so what?
I mean, I can understand it happening at Kerry's forum or Dean's, but on DU?
I frankly don't care what they post here at DU. It is their opinions about candidates. I like to consider DU an amalgamation of the entire Democratic party, a place where all the different factions can fuse.
I too have seen people go on the Dean blog and post crap over there. Scott Huminski is one of them. Or the GhOsT oF McGoVeRn. They shouldn't be doing that, but not on DU?
I know about them because I used to be for Dean until I switched. Well, I didn't really say it out loud, but if it wasn't for DU, then I wouldn't have switched. Thankz to the information from the other campaigns, I became more aware of Dean. It wasn't necessarily "negative" but I thought their arguments had merit.
I didn't go to those "switch" websites, but I had other sources.
