A way for us to get it all back
Edited on Fri Nov-28-03 02:56 AM by rumguy
Clark/Clinton in '04. Clark has the military experience and charisma to appeal to independents and moderates, while Hillary has great appeal to all factions of the Democratic base. Hillary's nomination would make history and throw the right wing off base as they went back into full-time clinton hate mongering.

Bill runs for the Senate in New York, becomes majority/minority leader - reinvigorates the Dems on capitol hill. Or possibly he takes Pataki's job.

This would set up Hillary in '12.

1. Would work for me!
I'd rather see Bill as UN Ambassador, though....he'd be the guy to fix what the present squatters have wrecked in terms of our national prestige and image.

2. agh, enough of this Hillary stuff
"This would set up Hillary in '08."

I suppose in your scenario, Clark isn't allowed a chance to run for re-election. Or is he intended to lose, to setup Hillary for 08?

7. Hillary is too proud to run as a VP....
Futhermore she would never win as Pres either. More wishful thinking.. Hillary will NOT be our first woman Pres. I am sure some of you don't agree or wish not to agree, but I believe the Clinton's are done.

My 10 cents because my 02 cents are free.

8. Hillary is too polarizing of a figure
Let's have a clean ticket. I still like Clark/Dean or Dean/Clark.
