1. This is good news
I wonder if any of the brain surgeons/rocket scientists at the DLC (and I use the "L" with reservation) get it?

It's called "FIGHTING BACK"...dammit!

4. This is old news
Nov 3rd was the press release. Kucinich put some of the memos up on the House website since then, and Diebold backed away. EFF lawsuit may still be in the works, and I'm sure someone better informed can comment on the status of it. I agree the Dems should follow the lead of the EFF, or at least start fighting for secure voting. My DEM congressman is against HR2239 because he's convinced "it could jeopardize the secrecy of a person's vote." which he won't explain how he came to those conclusions even though I tried asking. His quote "Evidently we just do not agree on this matter".
