"The Turkey Has Landed" - the UK Independent
Edited on Fri Nov-28-03 11:19 AM by heidiho
Ah, leave it to the Brits! Above the infamous picture of Chimpy holding the turkey in his Army jacket is the headline:

"The Turkey Has Landed"

I don't know about you, but that sure made MY day. Hope it cheers you up!

Wish our press was as savvy as theirs. The Paris paper called it an
electoral PR stunt.

Thank God for the European papers.

1. It certainly did!
BWAHAHAHAHAHA! Maybe our press would be a little more creative and interesting if they managed to remove their heads from Bush's ass.

2. That's great!
How about the stuffing being Cheney?

And the cook being Karl Rove?

3. thanks for posting, also made my day...
...I was having my fourth or fifth bout of extreme nausea watching the networks gush over the $hrub stunt. Meanwhile, not one f'ing word about Hillary.

So, chimpy can fly in under cover of darkness for a photo op. Big deal! Let's see him attend a funeral in broad daylight. I'd like to know how the families of the dead or wounded feel about this latest PR stunt.

4. It's ok to kill Iraqis, they are responsible for Sept. 11, 2001.
"You are defeating the terrorists here in Iraq," he said, "so we don't have to face them in our own country."

As long as the US media is on the Regime's side, the Bush Regime will get away with criminally misleading the American people. Sure the foreign press highlights the Regime's lies and hypocrisy, but the American press spoon feeds this crap to its audience. Sickening!
