Question for lawyers or law students on DU.....can citizens join

in on Ellen Mariani's lawsuit against Bush and his administration? Even though millions of us didn't lose any loved ones on 9/11 we still have a right to get to the truth, do we not? I'm concerned that this woman is going it alone. Wouldn't it be better if it was a class action lawsuit brought on by thousands if not millions of Americans? Any thoughts?

Thus she has standing, we don't. Unless this is some generic FOA suit we can't join in.

families are not on board with her. I know if you took the blood money offered, you had to sign an agreement saying that you couldn't sue the airlines but does that go for not suing Smirky too?
