What no lying reassurance? No toning down of the comments? No spin?

I guess this is one of the things that confirms that the Republicans really want a dictatorship. Of course Franks cannot be solely blamed for that. Just ask Coulter, O'Reilly, Ashcroft, and even the Shrub himself.

in the guise of protecting it. We will be free to do anything we want as long as we do not question the neocon government and the never-ending wars.

14. Funny thing about all of those "wars" you mentioned..
I don't remember 400+ troops dying...

Nor do I remember Clinton braying idiotically "Bring 'em on", encouraging more attacks...

I do remember the United Nations supporting all of those humanitarian missions though...

funny how selective your memory is, eep-fray

7. franks said in an interview
that if weapons of mass destruction were used in an attack in the united states, the constitution would probably be discarded and a military government would be installed.

12. Yeah, General Franks is just
preparing us. Then when it is happening, the Repukes will say "we told you about it". I believe a military government will be installed, unless the Dems stop the compromising and start the fighting.
