CNN just asked for calls
about why Bush went to Iraq. I didn't record the number but I'll go look it up. Should be fun. :evilgrin:

Why did bush go to Iraq?

Pretty simple. He's running for re-election and that whole mission accomplished stunt blew up in his face. He needs some new pictures.

2. I heard someone say today that only 600 soldiers were at the base where
he put on his show, and that most of the rest of the troops were not even aware of the fact that he had been there until the next morning...I don't see how that can be such a huge boost of morale to the troops!!

5. Just heard some really good ones...
they actually played more calls from people who thought it was a photo op than the ones that said he did it because he's a "good man"...

that was cool...they need to do that more often...
