The final ep. of Carnivale is on tonight, so I'll catch this crap tomorrow, and see what all the fuss was about.. I'm not expecting much. I saw Last Temp. of Christ, and was wondering what the problem was. Very good movie, and very faithful in it's spirituality. How dare they treat Jesus with respect, and reverence.

7. So much of what's purportedly in this movie

has been "out there" for years. Kitty Kelley and Don Regan outed Nancy as a shrew years ago, and his aversion to dealing with AIDS is well known to anyone who lived through his presidency. There was embarrassment every time he opened his mouth, and his handlers were constantly covering for him. I guess the reality of the Reagan years has been supplanted by the fairy tale they prefer to believe today. I don't have Showtime, otherwise I might give it a look, just out of curiousity.
